Key Benefits
- Available to groups 15 lives or more.
- Program provides income benefits while an employee is totally disabled due to a non-occupational injury or sickness.
- Benefits are based on either:
• - by employee class - up 5 classes available
• - by 66 2/3% of employees weekly salary.
- Coverage pays up to a maximum of $500 per week or $2,000 per month.
- 3 separate plans are available
- Payable benefits begin on the 1st day of total disability due to injury, or the 8th day of total disability due to sickness, benefits continue for 26 weeks.
- payable benefits begin on the 30th day of total disability due to sickness or accident, benefits continue for 26 weeks.
- Maternity disability coverage available as an option.
