Specific Deductibles; this represents the maximum your company can spend on claims incurred by only one person in any twelve month period (per plan year).
Aggregate; this represents the maximum your company can spend on claims incurred by all covered persons in any twelve month period (per plan year)
Monthly Aggregate Accommodation; this allows for a maximum monthly dollar cap on claims incurred by all covered persons.
